FREE Printable Alphabet Activity: Valentine’s Day Letter Match
The free printable Activity: Valentine’s Day Letter Match packet is the perfect alphabet activity for Preschool and Kindergarten. This activity presents a fun and engaging way to work on letter recognition and letter sounds this February. Children will match the upper case letters to the lower case letters. After that, they will complete the response sheet to show their answers. To complete the response sheet, children will draw a line from a capital letter to its matching lower case letter. Your children are sure to love learning with this cute Valentine’s Day activity!
Minimal prep for this alphabet activity is required and set up is simple. To prepare the contents for use, print the turtle pages and laminate them for durability. Then cut around each turtle pair, and then in half to separate the upper case letter from the lower case one. Print the response sheet and store multiple copies in an envelope or zip-lock together with the turtle cards.
I have also included in this packet a center label that you can print and place on the front of your storage device. Also included are “I can” center instructions to help children remember what to do.
