The Christmas Tree Ornament Sight Word Match offers an editable sight word activity designed for use in centers and small groups with Preschool, Kindergarten, and First Grade students.

How to Prepare:
After editing the file (see instructions below), print the pages you need and laminate them for durability. Cut out the Christmas trees and ornament word cards. For added interactivity, attach transparent Velcro dots to the back of each ornament and to the designated spots on the Christmas tree (optional).
Activity Goal:
Children will match the sight word ornament cards to the corresponding spaces on the Christmas tree, reinforcing their sight word recognition in a fun, hands-on way.
Editing Instructions:
- Adobe Reader: Ensure you have the latest version installed here.
- Font Issues: If the font isn’t displaying correctly, download it here. It’s free for personal use.
- Editing Fields: Simply type a word into the editable field on each tray and a letter on each gingerbread person.
- Rich Text Document: To edit font type and size, click into the field and press CTRL + E to open the text editing toolbox.
