✏️ Editable Name Cards

The name cards contain editable text fields so you can type your children’s names before printing.

For best results:

1. Download and save the file to your computer.
2. Open the editable PDF using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.
3. Click inside each editable name field.
4. Type the children’s names.
5. Save your personalized copy and print.

Please note that only the name fields are editable. The header, month names, cupcake illustrations and other design elements cannot be changed.

The name cards may also be printed blank and completed by hand.

🎂 Editable Classroom Birthday Display: How to Use

Display the “Birthdays” header above the 12 month cards. Place each child’s name card beneath the month in which they celebrate their birthday.

Refer to the display during morning meetings, calendar activities and classroom birthday celebrations. Children can find their own birthday month, compare birthdays with classmates and become more familiar with the months of the year.

The month cards may be arranged in one long row, several shorter rows or a layout that best fits your available classroom space.
