💻 How to Edit the Name Cards
The personalized name cards are editable using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Download and save the PDF to your computer.
- Open the saved file using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Click inside each colored name card.
- Type one child’s name on each card using uppercase or lowercase letters.
- Leave any unused name cards blank.
- Save the completed PDF under a new filename.
- Print at Actual Size or 100%.
Please note: Only the text inside the name cards is editable. The font, colors, graphics and layout cannot be changed. The editable fields may not work correctly when the PDF is opened in an internet browser or another PDF program.
✏️ How to Use the Editable Name Sensory Bin Activity
- Place a completed name card in the READ space.
- Hide the letters needed for the child’s name in a sensory bin.
- Invite the child to find the letters and arrange them in order in the BUILD space.
- Ask the child to read the completed name.
- Have the child write the name in the WRITE space using a dry-erase marker.
Begin with uppercase letters and include only the letters needed for the child’s name. As children become more confident, introduce lowercase letters, add distractor letters or remove the name card before they write.
